About the Author: Sarah Gardner is the founder of the non-profit, Yoga Reaches Out, which has raised millions of dollars for Boston Children’s Hospital. She is also the owner of an in-home personal training and yoga business. Sarah lives in Wayland, Massachusetts with her family. She loves CrossFit, yoga, hiking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
